I believe all bodies—fat, thin, disabled, scarred, aging—deserve care that feels safe, attuned, and welcoming. My practice is fat-positive and body-affirming, grounded in the understanding that healing begins when we stop fighting ourselves. Through mindful touch, nervous system regulation, and compassionate presence, I help clients soften back into their own belonging.
My studio accommodates larger bodies, with bolsters, table wideners, and seating without arms.
As I do not have wheelchair access at my current location, I can bring my table and tools to you.
I understand there can be fear in receiving touch when your body has been mishandled and judged. It is my aim to disrupt the shame and create a container where you can allow your body to rest.
Your body deserves respect. Your body deserves acceptance. Your body deserves care.
