Beneath every story we live runs a current—the nervous system, carrying the rhythms of safety, connection, and change. My work follows that current across the lifespan: helping children find calm in the classroom, adults rebuild trust in their bodies after pain or trauma, and elders meet the end of life with comfort and dignity.

In each setting, the language is the same: presence, breath, compassion, and relationship. I teach educators to calm their classrooms, offer massage for recovery and restoration, and accompany people through grief and transition. The tools may change, but the aim does not—to help each person find ease in their body and belonging in the world.

This is the deeper work: to meet life, in all its seasons, with a nervous system that knows how to return to calm.
