Touch is my first language. It is through touch that I found belonging, safety, and healing.

During my childhood, I experienced a great deal of trauma. These events resulted in lasting physical and mental effects that disrupted my life and made moving through adulthood extremely challenging. From mood dysregulation to gut health, my whole system was affected. After years of talk therapy, I began a different approach–a journey into my body, the place beyond words. I learned how to befriend my body. I learned how to bring love to the wholeness of my being, from how I looked to how I functioned in relationships with others. I learned how to find calm through touch, breathwork, meditation, movement, and art. This work then became my vocation–where my deep gladness met the world’s deep need. I now work across the lifespan. I bring nervous system regulation and self-care tools into classrooms and provide massage therapy and Reiki for injury recovery, body acceptance, illness, and end-of-life. I am a shame disruptor.

Come as you are. Receive abundantly.
